Luggage transfer (only available during the winter season)
Upon reservation, we gladly transport your luggage from the station Tignousa to our hotel located at 2337m high. Luggages must be dropped off by 13:30 at the Tignousa station. All luggages dropped off later than 13:30 won’t be taken in charge on the same day. The staff of the funicular will show you the space reserved for the deposit of your luggages dedicated to the hotel Weisshorn. The luggage transfer service is not available during the summer season.
Your arrival at the hotel
Getting to the Weisshorn hotel is your responsibility. The hotel is reachable on foot and in winter also with snowshoes or seal skins. A transfer is only offered by the hotel in winter.
Hotel guests – Shuttle ratrac (shuttle service available only during the winter season)
Upon reservation, the Weisshorn hotel offers a ratrac shuttle service . At 16:00, hotel guests are picked up at the Châlet Blanc du Tounot.
Booking a room online is extremely simple: first of all, check the room availability by selecting the desired date and the number of nights planned. Then select the type of room you want and confirm your reservation by filling your personal data and your credit card number, mentioning the expiration date.
The reservation of an additional bed is only possible in one of our 4 superior rooms. Due to lack of space we can not offer this service in our standard double rooms or our single rooms.
Check-In is from 15:00. Check-Out is at 10:00.
Providing a valid credit card number is the prerequisite for a final reservation. Your credit card is indeed the guarantee of your reservation. Payment for services offered by the hotel is performed on site. Any incorrect data of the credit card automatically entails the nullity of the reservation, even after confirmation. On-site, we accept the Postcard, the EC-Maestro and all creditcards, except American Express.
SSL secure transmission of data on credit card
The transmission of data on the credit card is made in encrypted form via SSL. The card number is decoded by a qualified collaborator only after reception of the code by the hotel.
Each reservation is automatically confirmed to your email address. The confirmation content is the details of your booking, with your reservation number.
- In case cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival, the hotel will not charge.
- In case cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival, the hotel requires 25% of the total invoice amount.
- In case cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel requires 50% of the total invoice amount.
- In case cancelled or modified later or no-show, the hotel requires 100% of the total invoice amount.
The agreements with the hotel, and initiated trade relations with this establishment are governed by the laws of the country where the hotel is located. The jurisdiction in charge is the one of the hotel’s seat.
